    • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

    • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

    • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.

  4. Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact our customer support team.

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  5. Non-Refundable Items:
